2025 Concrete Street Repairs

Crews will begin slab replacement work on several Crestwood streets starting in June, with construction continuing through late August. Weather or other factors could delay the start into July.

Residents on affected streets may temporarily lose driveway access while work is underway. Typical construction hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Streets Scheduled for Work:

  • Tea Rose Lane – selected concrete slabs
  • Craigwood Terrace – full street replacement
  • Cordoba Lane – selected concrete slabs
  • Pardee Spur (asphalt section) – full replacement from Pardee Road to Cordoba Lane

What to Expect:

Once you begin to see cones or equipment in your neighborhood, work typically begins within 1–2 weeks. The contractor will provide a door notice 24–48 hours in advance of any concrete removal in front of driveways, and crews will knock on doors the morning of the work if vehicles need to be moved.

When driveways are affected, access may be restricted for 4–7 days. Parking will be available at either end of the marked construction zone, with the limits marked. Please do not park on or across these designated areas. If your driveway is inaccessible, you will also receive a second in-person notification prior to construction.

Please mark any sprinkler systems within the right of way to help crews avoid accidental damage.
