Home Expressions Furniture and Decor is coming soon to the old OfficeMax location (9901 Watson Road). This large retail space has been empty for a while, so it's great news to see it filling back up again.
No word yet on a grand opening date, but the owners are currently renovating the interior and finalizing inspections, etc.
BoxDrop Mattress is also opening soon in the same shopping center. This is a newer national brand selling a "mattress in a box".
This shopping plaza now has only one (very) small space available for lease - everything else is occupied.
