Per a Lindbergh School District Proposition R Update (6/30/2019)...
District Purchases Property to Relocate Maintenance Shops
The Lindbergh Schools Board of Education took an important early step in Prop R progress on June 26 by voting to purchase a building that will house the district’s three maintenance and landscape shops on a non-school site. These shops currently are located on the Lindbergh High School campus.
The board approved a resolution authorizing Board President Karen Schuster to sign closing documents on the property located at 9400 Watson Road, for a purchase price of $2.7 million. This purchase, made using Prop R funds, will allow the three shops to be relocated before the start of the 2019-20 school year.
This location is on the South side of Watson road, just east of Schnucks - the old Magna Visual building.
